I use Firefox, and I love the tabs. I have a bookmarks toolbar across the top with my favourites under different headings. When you drop down one of the headings, you can open just one of the favourites, or you can open the whole lot with the "open in tabs" option. I particularly use this to open my favourite chat forums, and to open a number of weather websites at the same time. Don't know anything about the importing though, I'm afraid.
