In Ghana,we have only two seasons and this is common to most parts of Africa. The seasons are the harmattan(dry) season and the rainy(wet) season. the dry season is usually from April to September and the wet season occupies the rest.

But African weather always behave in a way very akin to the name "weather".eg. we didnot have any dry season for the year2005/2006,it virtually rained throughout the year.

Typically what we do is wake up in the morning and judging from the prevailing temperatures you will be able to tell if it will rain or not.
