I read somewhere that alchemists had potions back in the middle-ages that could stunt children's growth so that they would only grow to a third of normal size . That potion's ingredients are now unfortunately lost ,but I can't see why boffins can't somehow come up with a genetic equivalent . Think of all savings on household bills . Think how many package-tourists you'd be able to fit into an aeroplane .
