Oh no...Where is my grammar book when I need it?

I think I have too many negative in my first sentence of my last post. What I meant to say is that in order to be true tomyself, I had to write that post objecting to the use of the word queer because that word has become a coded negative reference for homosexuals.

That sentence is only slightly better. ..I don't want to try again.
Hopefully, my meaning is clearer.
