As I thought, all the details of the August 2003 visit to Sydney by two concertina-weilding shantyer from Melbourne was lost in the Great Data Crash ... but I've dug back in the ConcertinaDownUnder Yahoo group files and sent off a message to one of them: Robert Brooks "onetime Mate" of the Polly Woodside - the restored, but permanently moored craft in question.

I haven't been involved with, or even visited, the Melbourne craft ... but I hope to scare up some details for you - if Robert is still on the ConcertinaDownUnder group.

I'll undoubtedly get to see you, at some point, in the (Australian) National Folk Festival this Easter ... and I'll make sure I get out a new batch of Mudcat badges ... including one for "spindrift"!
