I must have missed a whole bunch when they were teaching me about religion. I thought it was what Jesus SAID that made him important. Oh well. Of course, the divinity of Christ makes the crucifixion no sacrifice at all, after all, a HUMAN knows he's going to die, but a GOD knows he isn't - I mean really knows it, not like people who've just convinced themselves. Gods (presumably) can remember not being in a human body, and know that in a short time they won't be in one again, so what's the hassle, three hours pain (that he created himself) out of an infinite existence? Then pop out of a hole in the ground, like a bunny ...
