This is, while dreadful, only an example of the proposition that if a repugnant law is properly passed, then does the "rule of law" require it to be enforced and observed, or do the wider explanations of the "rule of law" properly contain elements that enable the rejection of repugnant laws, and if so how is that to be reconciled with Parliamentary sovereignty.
