Lots of med ads, and some for "shopping sites". Most of them are the pure B.S. grade spam stuff: "Hi, Melvin, my Sister Olivia just told me about this great..." Just one "enhancement" ad lately, and it was really pitiful: "Would you like a really big hammer" ????
