Wal, folks, I dunno who the Dog-In-Lap handle belongs to, but one sure sign of a successful troll is the amount of traffic it generates in response to a question that is desinged lest to be answered than to lure answering from others. Do a quick semantic analysis of the original question and it comes up pretty near null, because no standards of merit, no testing criteria, no requirements, have been defined.
