Hey some of the best players I've known are the ones who play "second fiddle". second fiddle is always the hardest to play whether it be folk, blues, gospel, country, bluegrass, or whatever because one, you are not portrayed as the best, and two, "second fiddle" has to not only understand the lead, but how their part fits and compliments the lead. So hey, all you backup players out there, you get my vote.
