When I was a little kid in Detroit, I used to listen to Redwings games at night on the radio. This brings back great memories.
I have to say that I don't know what "the Joe" is - does it have something to do with Joseph Campeau?
Now I see - the arena is named after Joe Louis. It has "Olympia" in the name of the Website, though. I think I remember the Redwings playing at an arena called The Olympia, and I think it was located on Grand River Avenue. Can anybody correct my memories?
