The propaganda goes both ways. With similarly nasty intentions on both sides. That clip will be shown to one side to make them hate Jews, and to the other side to make them hate Muslims and support an attack on Iran. Clever use of mind control on both sides, I'd say.

You can easily find similar video clips of anti-Muslim American speakers with which to infuriate Iranians. It's a great way to get people ready for a war.
