I just realized that the "Do" in "Casino Do" (in the information I posted above) must be an abbreviation, because it appears many times on the page I took that information from, e.g. "MAJESTIC DO", "ELITE DO", "HOLLYWOOD DO". The entire list is in all caps. I'm guessing it stands for "Dance Orchestra."
