Agreed, Giok - the deliveries have to made.

But why at rush hour?

Until such a time as the 'rush hour' concept disappears, and I hope with working from home and flexible shifts this is soon, do we not need to ensure deliveries stay away form arterial routes during the busy periods? I am NOT blaming the drivers btw, although they do seem to have their share of pillocks(!), it is the planners and the JIT stock-keepers who are usualy at fault!

Just a thought.
