A quick search of QVC only gives one pillow at $16.99, which doesn't appear to be refrigerated, so the price must be wrong, unless they don't call it a pillow.

But I've done a few things like that. I invented (and actually built) a re-dialler blocker for dialup internet. I didn't go any further because (1) it would cost thousands to get it to market, that I didn't have (2) I thought there wouldn't be much of a market because dial-up was on the way out and (3) I'm a lazy sod. Someone else did it, and they are in all the DIY shops now. Don't know if they made a fortune, but I didn't.

Mine was better, it could block incoming nuisance calls too, like sales calls, heavy breathers, and so on. And you could block the daughter from calling out to boyfriend's mobile phone, or limit her to 2 minutes a day or whatever.
