If people would drop their objections to night time lorry movements in built up areas, then many of these deliveries could be done at night when the roads are quiet.
Spot on Giok! People want these goods brought in. They want out of season goods. They want choice - but they don't want them delivered! Perhaps the 'out of town' supermarket DOES have some good points and they are not the complete devil everyone says? At least you can deleiver to Tesburymorisdas off exit 3 of the M847 anytime!
