Jon,

I understand completely how their are times when you need to get away. I have had to make such choices recently due to family, job and my band. But I would point out to you that if you were to but do a name search on yourself and reread your posts (as I did, before I apologized to you) you would find that you have been a very valuable participant here. The fact that we may disagree from time to time, or even act stupidly as I did, just proves we are a community. We are entitled to that. Would you just consider just cutting back your visits, if that is what you need for yourself? The thing that you wouldn't get by leaving us is the validation that comes from your good work. You uncovered an important piece of security information, you have exposed us to Jeri's wonderful compositions, and many other things. But most importantly you have let us be exposed to a very nice person. Please give it some thought, won't you?

With regard to the other fella who has a pathological need to make himself feel better by cutting on folks he feels insecure about..........Don't worry young fella, when you grow up you will learn to be able to understand what an honest apology looks like. And, you will also learn what honor is about. Like when the last time you went off on one of your rants, you referenced a personal message. Bad form, Rog-o. Now, please leave your unwanted analysis out of this and let us convince Jon that the Mudcat is better with him than without him. I welcomed you back when you came back, prove to me that I was right in doing so and drop this silliness here. We both have better uses for our time.

Sincerely,

Big Mick
