The institute of advanced motoring recommend driving into parking spaces and reversing out because there is more space to reverse out. I don't have a link it was a chap on telly. As for at home we have a very narrow drive so have to park hard against the fence which is left as you look at the house so I have no choice as to whether I reverse or drive in and the neighbours have no choice but to do the opposite.
