Sure, Little Hawk...let's try it...and if it works, you can take the idea to G.W. here in Wash DC and explain to him how to limit wars and invasions, and speeches and....well, you get the idea.
If time in Iraq were limited to 365 days, we'd save...oh...150 billion or so, and you could petition for Canada to get a couple billion for your advice!
