I do have one regret about the Mudcat, when I find old threads like this so full of jewels and cloth-of-gold commentary; it is that I was not here throughout its history!

The wonderful thing is that it is still going strong, years later, and for all the same reasons.
That says a lot to the credit of the mainstays, sustaining the Mudcat on course and snug despite seven (or however many) gales.
