I agree with not just throwing stuff in the trash. I'm a big fan of the Salvation Army and have given things to them for a long time. I'm planning on a large yard sale and the remainder will go to Sal's. I do have to say though, that some of the "things" I am getting rid of are not material things...and I'm sure the Salvation Army, the church thrift shop, etc wouldn't be interested...you'll see!!!!
