In the construction trades once a leak starts it won't stop & if left to itself it's starts leaking all over. When that happens you gotta toss out the damage & start fresh even if the boss said it was ment to leak. You may say that this ain't construction. Well you got that right when the boss f@%#ks up he get fired, in construction. In government they let him keep pissing on the people.
