I can associate with that. In the last 3 years I have got arthritus in the knees and it is slowly geting worse.

Stopped playing golf/going for long walks/ doing the usual things you would do with your children/No gardening/ diffculty climbing up and down stairs/problems with doing the housework/not being able to do a simple job like stacking shelves in a supermarket and so on and so forth.

It really is depressing.
