We get together with some friends and their kids and feast on leg of lamb which has been boned and butterflied and marinated for a day or two in a marinade of olive oil, lemon, rosemary and lots of garlic. Grilled on a barbecue with veggies and salad and served up with a nice red wine it makes for a delightful culinary treat and a very pleasant evening spent with good friends.
