I know if I could afford it, before I hired a housecleaner or cook I'd want a live-in music librarian to help keep my print and sound organized, to find things quick when I need them, and to put them away when I move on to some other interest. THEN I would hire the cook and cleaner.

What staff does YOUR house need most, to help you mind your music life? Booking agent? Record producer? What?
