I think it's very cool! A tree house without a tree.

Does it have a hatch underneath, like an airplane cockpit? I can't see how you'd get from the latter to the door. I also don't see a sewage pipe, but maybe there's an outhouse on the ground floor. I'd hate to wake up in the middle of the night and have to pee!
