I'm surprised he didn't mention that the sound fx man for the Hanna-Barbera series was Todd Dockstader who did some extremely freaky, weird electronic pieces with tape manipulation and oscillators. In fact, he was creating these flipping bizarre pieces in the early 60s while doing the sound for the cartoons--his day job, I suppose. He's pretty much regarded as a highly innovative and influential early electronic musical pioneer among the avant-garde set--he's virtually a god. He could be said to have been engaged in decadent experimental Jewish arts that subvert traditional values although I don't know if Dockstader was Jewish.
