Well I hadn't managed to get more than about three notes out of it before my lips went funny and I ran out of breath, but I took it to Miskin, and dear Jude from Isambarde, who is a whizz with these sort of things, shaved my reed for me, and now I can actually get a tune out of it! It doesn't sound good yet (if it ever will!) but it's an improvement. Thanks so much Jude!
