Yup, it was hot. None of the three days were cooler than 95 degrees at 3:30 in the afternoon. And what breeze there was made it worse.
I hope you are right about the attendance vs. gasoline. Altho' expensive gas and a weekend of rain could be a problem.

My craft sales were OK but not as good as the year before. My wife and I brought a fan from home as an after thought. The fan and some gin and tonics with friends made a large difference in our comfort level that week end.

This year we expect to do the same.
