Having just scanned through your material regarding the forthcoming festival and I must comment on the brillo idea to paste a PDF on the web for the programme - so much easier to read than the previous format.   Why wasn't this thought of before?

I wish you all well for the festival - ignoring some of the gitches experienced on the website or was it just poor communications between committee and website constructor - hope you get everything together in the future as you obviously know where you are going.
