I am one of the people who is contacted by Zogby for political surveys. I get them by email. I don't usually answer phone surveys.
Zogby does usually ask, with multiple choice, who did I vote for in the last presidential election. "Decline to answer" is one of
the choices. It is useful information when put together with the other kinds of questions asked regarding the war, health care, etc.
