Aw, thanks. You goofballs made my day! Sorry I didn't get to this sooner, but I escaped and took a little birthday trip. FANTASTIC time was had by all (except the wonderdog--who had to stay home and is still kind of pouty).

A while back I got one of those 'el cheapo casino flight' postcards in the mail and since the travel date was close to my birthday and the flight was close to where my sister lives, I decided to go. We spent some time gambling at the casino and then went to see the construction on her new house. Hiked a bunch (do NOT ever challenge anyone to a footrace at the Bonneville Salt Flats. Although it sounds really cool in theory, when you run OUT-- even if you win--you still have to run BACK to the car). To complete the gambling theme, Sister baked me a cool Ace-of-Hearts cake and Brother-in-Law showed me how to place bets with a sports book. He was even gracious enough to help me spend my winnings (helluva guy). Then a 7 HOUR flight delay gave me an excuse for a long nap, hopped on the plane and came home. I am dreading having to go back to work tomorrow but so far, 34 has been pretty nice....and made even nicer by you all. THANK YOU!
