Nigel - normally you don't number Queens unless they are Queen Regnant; there have been a lot of Queen elizabeths, and a lot of Queen Mary's -and a lot og Queen Anne's but the only ones with numbers are those who reigned. You don't see any numbered Catherines, do you?
