Man, I love this!!! Great use of talent, and extremely important. I have heard of programs like this, and think they make sense. We have this huge supply of talent out there, and we act like they somehow aren't useful. We have this huge need out there and not enough resources to go around. The facts are that our retirees could probably do most of our jobs better than the folks doing them. It is one of the less desirable hallmarks of American society that it fails to use its retired citizens in positive ways for the good of all of us. Good on ya, buddy.
