"fly-tipped rubbish " Manitas

Gracious. In Alaska we have to guard against bear- tipped rubbish and we worry about ravens- getting in it but our flies are not big enough to strew anything about and certainly not able to tip the cans. Even our mosquitos are hardly strong enough to do that.
