Watch the painkillers. Find something effective, but the first ones they prescribed for me when my arm broke turned my innards into concrete. Took me a week to fix that prob. Go easy on the rehab exercises. Don't get so enthusiastic you hurt yourself. Get as "up-and-around" as you want, but gently. Live and be well.    Tw
