You WILL be morris dancing in no time (should you desire to) -- or at least walking about without pain. (What a concept!)

My hips are fine (Curmudgeon concurs), but my knees are shot -- and somehow they don't seem to "grow back", do they? How come we don't get the heavy duty industrial strength knees and hips as standard equipment?!?

Of course there's a downside to the recovery process -- it's called "rehab". Home of ex-drill sergeants with medical training.
