I would also like to point out the following quote from the article, "It lists several suspected militants in Canada, but fails to mention all of them are either in prison on security certificates or under close police supervision."

I think that after the Arar case, Canada is very reluctant to hand over any suspects that may be imprisoned and tortured without trial. Don't forget that Arar is a Canadian citizen and don't forget that he is innocent.

As far as criminals "roaming the streets" of Canada, I think you will find that most of those criminals are not immigrants.
