Absolutely George! Those and a thousand other reasons are why it is my favourite festival. I haven't been to many other festivals outside Australia, but I agree that some of them could learn a lot from the Oz folks.

I had such a ball this year. I always do, but this year was extra special with you, Vanessa and Cloudstreet there, and Mudcatters Al and Barbara. I was one of the 3000 voices singing the chorus of "Friends like these" - and I felt extraordinarily moved as I was singing it.
