ok. this is what will do. everybody write your name on piece of paper. then we will pass a hat and you put your when we have everybodys slips of paper, we'll pass the hat one more time with everyone taking out a slip of paper. whatever name you draw, thats who you have to be forever. can't be much simpler than that.
