Hmmm. I went to high school with a David Maisel, decades ago in Brooklyn. Don't think this is the same fellow, though. The review is pretty harsh; but if you really want to read a killer review, take a look at Mark Twain's A Cure for the Blues, which is perhaps the funniest slash and burn review ever written.
