Well, Chicago is and was a grand place to hear the blues. Black or white, now or back then when it got plugged in so it could be heard over the sounds of bottles breaking against folks' skulls. Growing up there was a wonder hearing those sounds all over town. Bloomfield, Butterfield, Elvin Bishop, Corky and Jim, Charlie Musselwhite---even old Ira Kamen and Warren Lemming and Nate Herman. Muddy and Wolf, both Little and Big Walter, both Sonny Boy Williamsons, Buddy Guy, Jimmy Cotton, Hubert Sumlin, Jim Brewer, Bill Broonzy, Arvella Gray, Elmore James --- and a hundred more.---Martin is right. (I guess we all knew that!! ;-) What I really meant to say is that "Martin is correct."
