The scene in "Love At First Bite" when Dracula sloooooowly opens the coffin lid (creak...!) and emerges in the middle of the harlem funeral for the black guy who died on vacation in Africa. Cracks me up every time.

I also love the scene where the three gangsta punks try to rob him on the street.

Matter of fact, that whole movie is full of unforgettable scenes, as is "A Fish Called Wanda".
