   Yes, if there's not enough talent here clubs will look abroad - I agree.

   And another reason there's not enough talent here is that, because money has become a central concern in football, clubs don't have the time (time is money) to nurture and develop talent in players; they want or should I say need results fast.

   And Boro not being able to hold onto talent they have is obviously not about talent, it's about money, the money the plAYERS DEMAND AND THE MONEY THE BIG CLUBS HAVE. (Caps by accident)
