No, I don't see musical notes as colors. However, like GUEST,Jack Campin, I do associate various keys with colors. Jack and my list of keys don't corolate, though. Playing Old-Time music, I tend to play in a limited set of keys:

A & Am = Sunshine Yellow
D = Orange
G = Grey or blue
C = Clear or an absence of visible color
All modal tunes seem to be bright green for me.
