I am so happy today.
At four o'clock in the morning I woke up and heard a nightingale sing its song of love and lust so sweetly. It sat just before the window on the railing of my balcony.
I rose and wanted to catch a glimpse at the cute little bugger, but it must have seen the curtain moving slightly and popped off.
At work I could not resist to search the DT for "nightingale", and a lot of wonderful songs I found (except the wreck of the Nightingale). Isn't it wonderful to have such birds and such a fine corpus of lovely songs?
