I think we should have an International Mudcat Day - early summer, perhaps. Something along the lines - enthusiasm, expectation, fun - of Secret Santa, but we'd all be Santa and only one Santee (Mudcat Central). It would focus attention, anyway.

And perhaps, while we're talking about moving ads to the top (which wouldn't bother me personally) might Mudcat Central consider putting some sort of very obvious links (on each page) to the various payment channels, be they Paypal, Friends of Mudcat UK, or whatever else? Make it easy for impulse contributions if any of us have reason to feel suddently flush.
