This song ("Beautiful Lilies, White as the Snow") has been sung as an Easter hymn ("Uruwashi no shirayuri") in Japan since 1903 (or earlier). It is said to have been written by Alice Jean Cleator, and composed by J. Lincoln Hall, but I can't find the original English words. I think it was an inspirational song or a Sunday school song.
