I think people of good heart, as I stated, start out by granting someone like Martin actuality in full. After all, there is a live person pounding those keys, one with real and human feelings thoughts and concerns, much like you, or me. The trust is abused when the errant soul at the far end --in response to some disagreement or irritation -- pours out scatological characterizations or other guttersnipe talk just to add weight.
