I feel exactly the same way, Kendall. I remember the days when a non-smoker had to just put up with the fact that practically everyone around him was smoking...in cars, on buses, on airplanes, in restaurants, wherever you went...and had no choice but to breathe their second-hand smoke. It made riding in vehicles simply awful, specially on airplanes. I thank God it's not like that anymore in North America.
